What is GAAP Accounting?
Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP or U.S GAAP) is the accounting standard adopted by the U.S Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Trive GAAP Accounting is a service we offer to public traded companies compliant with The Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) auditing standard. The Trive GAAP Accounting package generally includes the following services:
- Preparing Financial Statements
- Consolidation of Group Financial Statements
- 10Q Preparation
- 10K preparation
- Acquisition Accounting and Proforma Financial Reports
- Responding to Audit enquiries
How Does it Work?
The Trive GAAP Accounting is a time sensitive process. We help you develop a compliance calendar and agree on dates that you provide your accounts and paperwork evidence to a Trive Accountant assigned to your company. Your Trive accountant ensures that your accounts are following GAAP and PCAOB standards and prepares the required Financial Statements and hands it over to your company auditors. We manage the entire process and up to the filing with SEC through your EDGAR and XBRL Provider.
How much does it cost?
The Trive GAAP Accounting is a fixed annual package pre-agreed and customized to your business. If your public company has no subsidiaries and minimal activities the package starts USD 9,999 per year. It includes preparation of three 10Qs and one 10K.
